Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
1. How to Start a Return
To make a return, please email returns@wiggleandwag.co.uk with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
Our team will reply with instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
Please note: returns are no longer processed through the self-service portal.
2. Return Window
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order and send the item back within a further 14 days after your return request is confirmed.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We may refuse refunds on products showing signs of use or damage.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item. We will refund the product price and, where required by law, the standard delivery cost.
If your order originally qualified for free shipping on orders over £50, but the return reduces the total value of the order to below £50, the standard delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please email returns@wiggleandwag.co.uk to arrange a return and then place a new order for the replacement product to ensure stock availability.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover the return postage and offer a replacement or refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items such as food, treats, or grooming products. Personalised or custom items are non-returnable unless faulty.
